Contiguous 48 United States and APO/FPO/Military Standard Shipping - $10.95 UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority - $19.95 UPS Overnight or USPS Express - $39.95

Discreet Brown-Box Shipping
All Buy Madness orders are delivered in plain, brown padded envelopes and boxes to preserve your privacy. They only identifying mark on the package is your mailing address and ours.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Eastern Half of Contiguous United States (10 to 14 business days) Western Half of Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (7 to 14 business days)
Standard shipping orders are processed in our warehouse facilities within
2 to 3 business days. These orders are delivered by the United Postal Services (UPS) and Fedex if so desired.
Exceptions:
UPS does not pick up or delivery on US holidays and your order may be delayed due to a holiday.
UPS only delivers to street addresses and not PO/APO/FPO addresses.

How To Ship To Military Addresses
For shipping purposes, all U.S. military personnel are considered in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed. Because of this, there are certain special guidelines to follow when filling out a military delivery address.
For City, Enter either APO (for Army Post Office) or FPO (for Fleet Post Office).
For State, Select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe, Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
Enter the zip code provided by the military.
For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service
International/Canadian Shipping Methods
All international deliveries must pass through customs, which might affect your delivery date. Any government or regional taxes or duties are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges.
FedEx Priority (1-3 business days)
Exceptions:
FedEx does not pick up or delivery on holidays and your order may be delayed due to a US holiday.
Additional Shipping Information/Requirements Madness Pictures requires a signature for all orders totaling more than $200.
UPS requires a signature if your order includes an item priced $100 or higher and when you are reshipped an item or an order.
Backorder Items Shipping
If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping.
What kind of packaging does my order come in?
Madness Pictures products are shipped in plain, non-descript envelopes and boxes with only our address on the mailing label
RETURNS
Madness Pictures Return Policy is simple:
If an item does not perform because of a manufacturer’s defect, then return it to us. We’ll replace it without charge. You may choose any movie as replacement, most items are in stock at any given time.
How to Return an Item
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for a wide variety of reasons.
You can return an item directly to the address listed below, please include a copy of your purchase receipt and a letter explaining your reason for return as well as your address and contact information to allow us to better serve you in your return.
